Knitters will want to know that the shawl is knitted with hand-painted Koigu merino in sunset-y colors on #10 circular needles....some old Baleens, that I inherited from my mother if you must know. Baleens are great, especially if you have arthritis in your hands. Look for them on eBay but be prepared to pay.
