New Year�s Eve Ho-Hum. This is not my favorite holiday. The merriment seems so forced. I can�t think of anything worse that facing the promise of a brand new year with a hangover, so me and the Misters will be staying home tonight. We may play mah-jong I don�t have any profound �Year in Review� thoughts, but just like every other news source counts down the top 10 stories of the year, Here�s Mine: 1) JJ defends dissertation and finishes his doctorate 2)Ice Storm 2002, furnace and Jeep Grand Cherokee destroyed 3) Maria starts kindergarten, learns to read 4) Becky and Bailey start 9th grade 5) Michael moves into a new office 6) JJ and Ray vacation in Italy 7) JJ picks up a stalker 8) Ray gives deposition in Boston 9) Hammy the Hamster disappears under mysterious circumstances 10) JJ starts an on-line Blog
