Killer Jokes

Ok, stop me if you've heard this one

Do you remember that Monty Python thing where during WWII British Intelligence is looking for a joke that is so funny that the German's will die laughing. And they can't really tell you the joke, because they don't want YOU to die laughing.

Now THAT was funny! But it turns out that there really is an organization in England that has rated thousand of jokes and have determined the World's Funniest Joke.

You've probably already heard it, but in case you haven't, Her goes:

Sherlock Holmes and Dr Watson are going camping. They pitch their tent under the stars and go to sleep. Sometime in the middle of the night Holmes wakes Watson up.

"Watson, look up at the stars, and tell me what you deduce."

Watson says, "I see millions of stars, and if there are millions of stars, and if even a few of those have planets, its quite likely there are some planets like Earth, and if there are a few planets like Earth out there, there might also be life."

Holmes replied: "Watson, you idiot, somebody stole our tent!"

Ok, this joke is literate and mildly funny, but not laugh out loud funny. No damn way this is the funniest joke in the world. I demand a recount.

Meanwhile, I have always liked this joke:

Five guys were drinking in a bar. Feeling slightly sloshed, they started to argue with each other about the size of their penises. Eventually the discussion escalated into a full-blown argument, with each man thinking his dick was the biggest. The bartender suggested, "OK, slap them up here on the bar, so we can compare."

The drunks did just that. Shortly, 2 gay guys walk into the bar. One of them turns to his friend and says 'I don't know about you, but I am going to have the buffet'
