What I love about women

Read this wonderful story from MSN about the unlikely internet friendship between 2 mothers, one Palestinian the other Israeli.

Tale of Two Mothers

BTW, Dubya is right. Mr Arafat, it's time for you to step down. You've lost control, buddy.

Imagine all the people living life in peace

Laughter? The Best Medicine?

Maybe not.

Sydney, Australia -Laughter is not always the best medicine-at least not for children with asthma. A study by medical researchers here of more than 500 children with asthma found that in two-thirds of the cases, attacks were brought on by laughing fits, tickling or excitement.

Mirth as a trigger for breathing difficulties was more prevalent than exercise or smog, according to Richard Henry, a professor of pediatrics at the University of New South Wales.

But Henry, of the Sydney Children's hospital said the study also found that where laughter triggered asthma, it was invariably because the medical condition was poorly controlled.

No more cartoons for you, Maria
